For the Emergency On-Call Tree Services in accordance with the request for proposal. On-Call Emergency tree services, including removal and disposal, throughout the City of Stockton. Engineers Estimate: Below $700,000.00 License Required: Class C-61 and D-49 Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all of the required documents and information. The pricing shall be submitted under a separate, sealed envelope. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton encourages local Stockton firms to propose this project and the City encourages proposers to use local Stockton firms as subconsultants. [Accordingly, the Local Business Preference Ordinance applies to this project. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's Local Employment Ordinance Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any subconsultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton. [The successful proposer shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond, each in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Said bonds shall be furnished by a company authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California.
