The City of Kenner is seeking proposals from interested Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to conduct a technical energy audit of facilities and develop a Performance-Based Energy Efficiency Contract to identify and implement capital improvements to reduce energy, water, operational and related costs in CITY facilities. The city seeks to maximize energy and related cost savings and increase revenues to pay for facility upgrades and services. Annual cost savings must be guaranteed by the ESCO to be greater than the annual costs attributable to the services or equipment under the contract.
