Renovation of a municipal facility in Salineville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Electrical work is needed at the Highlandtown Wildlife Area Headquarter office. Work to be completed is below. This quote must include all labor, materials, and permits needed to complete the job. GARAGE PANEL Trench a line from the existing panel to the garage Saw cut black top driveway to trench (not responsible to patch) Install conduit from panel to garage Pull 100-amp wire from existing panel to garage Install new 100-amp breaker box in garage Install ground rod (per code) at new panel Install 100-amp breaker in existing panel Trench from new panel to Well pump Install 3/4 " conduit with 2 new circuits and weatherproof box with outlet and switch for existing light Remove old motor starter and install new 60-amp main lug panel with breakers Install 20-amp 208 volt plug for new machine LIGHTS IN THE GARAGE Install 3/4 emt raceway for feed from new panel Install boxes and outlets to plug lights into Pull #12 thhn for the outlets and switch Install switch by the man door to control the lights Lights supplied and hung by others Delivery Date: Beginning date is Date of fully executed agreement and Purchase Order, and will expire on July 15, 2022 Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Contract Award. A site visit is recommended prior to bidding. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. The awarded supplier will be required to sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement. Example attached.
