Any bids received after this date and time will be rejected and returned to the bidder. Bids shall be submitted on the company's letterhead with a completed Bid Form attached. All bid form blanks shall be completed and submitted in colored ink where writing or typing is required by Bidder. If the Contractor submitting a bid must outsource or contract any portion of the work, this must be clearly stated on Company letterhead and submitted with the bid form. Additionally, all costs included in bids must be all-inclusive to include any outsourced or contracted work. Any bids which call for outsourcing or contracting work must include a name and description of the organizations being contracted. All costs must be itemized to include an explanation of all fees and costs. Bids will be opened publicly by the Owner immediately after the time set for bid submittal. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. Owner requires Substantial Completion of the Work on or before March 1, 2023. Owner requires Final Completion of the Work on or before March 15, 2023. A Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent is required. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submittal. Submit Bids on the Bid Form provided. Round off the segments of the bid form requiring dollar amounts to the nearest dollar. Not later than 7 working days prior to the date of Bid submittal, Bidders shall submit an executed copy of Document 00 45 13 -Bidders Qualification Statement to the Owner for review.
