Site work for a power facility in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
This contract consists of constructing a second bank at an existing electrical distribution substation on District property. The substation will be de-energized and islanded from the electric system. Construction includes but is not limited to: Partial grounding grid removal; temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; earthwork; storm drainage conveyance system including an infiltration trench; cast-in-place concrete including slabs, spread footings and combined footing foundations; a transformer oil spill containment system; electrical conduits and vault; substation grounding system improvements including grounding wells; substation yard crushed rock surfacing; and site disturbance restoration. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.).
