Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
2 nd Avenue SE and SE Bush Street Intersection RRFB Description: Contractor shall install a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) at the 2nd 5 Ave SE and SE Bush Street intersection. The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment needed for this work. The Contractor shall also provide all materials, except for existing equipment previously constructed as shown in the plans. This work shall be as shown in the plans and as described below. Mobilize and demobilize equipment Provide temporary construction traffic control and TESC Install RRFB system Associated asphalt and cement concrete paving, earthwork, etc. including removals The time to complete this work is 30 Working Days. No work shall commence that impacts traffic until after June 25, 2024. All work that impacts traffic shall be complete on or before August 15, 2024 Bid bonds shall be consistent with City of Issaquah Public Works Contract The City reserves the right to make additions or 23 deletions to the trenching which prove necessary for the completion of this Project.
