**As of July 11, 2022, project was awarded to Lane Enterprieses Inc awarded amount is $51,568.44** A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Covington Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total bid must be submitted with each bid. Proposals must be upon the forms provided within the Contract Documents and may not be withdrawn for 60 days from the date of opening. Successful Bidder shall be required to execute the Agreement and provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid on this project. Bid quantities are not guaranteed. Covington Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in their best interests. Work is anticipated to begin in late summer/early fall 2022 depending on stream & weather conditions.
