Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Working plans call for the addition of a 4,345-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a 24,922-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The scope includes the additions; east and west of the existing admisistrative building. The east addition consists of new offices for the billing department and a public counter / area for transactions. The west addition consists of new men's and women's locker rooms, new public ADA toilets, new training room and a new break room. The existing administrative office will be renovated to reflect new interior finishes that mirror those of the new additions.
