The City of Jacksonvilles Procurement Division Is Currently Accepting Bids to Obtain a Source of Supply for the Item(S)/service(S) as Outlined in the Bid Documents Provided. The Purpose of This Bid Invitation Is to Obtain Information About Your Firm and Its Ability to Provide These Item(S)/service(S) and to Obtain Pricing Commitments for Purchase of Sign Blanks and Traffic Signs as Listed in the Bid Documents. Monday, April 25, 2022 @ 4:00pm, Is the Deadline for Submitting Any Question(S) in Writing to the Purchasing Analyst The term of this agreement will be from the date of award through September 30, 2023 with three (3) one (1) renewal options All questions or discrepancies regarding the bidding process or the bid documents must be submitted in writing to Bryan Matus, Purchasing Analyst, at BMATUS@COJ.NET by the date and time specified on the Bid Form. All Bids that may require a bid security or surety in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount as prescribed in the bid documents must accompany the bid submission prior to the scheduled bid opening. The City of Jacksonville, Florida reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and/or to waive information if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jacksonville.
