Project consists of exterior site improvements to the Academic and Career Center. Construction Contract: The entire project will consist of the following contracts: 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. Contract No. 13 Site Construction Work Prime Contract (SC-2B) Bids will be received for the Contract No. 13 Site Construction Work RFIs are due to Jessie Woughter (jwoughter@labellapc.com) by April 21st, 2022 at 5pm to be answered and included in the final addendum. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
