Demolition and site work for a library in Stillwater, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.

Contract No. 1 - Preliminary Demolition Work This document invites contractors to bid on a Single Prime Contract for demolition and removals work at the future location of the Stillwater Public Library - 712 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater NY (locally known as the Fiber Mill Building). The project is tax exempt and State prevailing wage rates will apply. Your firm will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Price. Performance Bond and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract Sum will be required prior to executing the Construction Contract. Failure to submit the Bid Bond with the Bid is cause for rejection. The Owner expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted in response to this bid solicitation.
