Project Description: Project consists of a new 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with evidence storage, fitness space, and support facilities. The pre-engineered metal building is owner provided, however the erection and related work shall be included herein as part of the overall project. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The last day for questions is April 15, close of the business day. The last addendum will be issued on April 18.
