Scope Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roof, tongue/groove wood decking, structural lumber, and rafters, install new "in-kind", structural lumber, rafters, plywood wood decking and 30-year architectural asphalt shingle roof on existing metal support posts and paint/stain entire structure both wood and metal on West Lawn Shelter at the Hop Brook Lake Recreation Area. All work must meet all applicable industry standards and shall comply with any applicable Federal, State, and Municipal laws, codes, and regulations. The contractor must have a minimum of (3) years' experience in the roofing and carpentry professions. NOTE: The contractor must utilize fall protection in accordance with EM 385-1-1 (See paragraph 6).
