Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Scope of Work consists of the purchase and construction of a 20' X 20' Premier Pro Ranch Garage, a 16 'X 7' Overhead Garage Door with a Glass Top Panel, and a 6-Panel Residential Door (Right Hand Inswing) at Des Peres Park, 12325 Manchester Rd., Des Peres, MO 63131. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
