Addendum will be posted no later than: April 21, 2022. The time period to be covered by the Contract will be three (3) years with a possible (3) three-year renewal. The Contract start date and time will be Monday, August 1, 2022, 12:01 am. Vendor's pricing shall be firm for the three-year time period. MAC reserves the right to waive any immaterial defects or informality
