The City of Hampton is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for fitness equipment. The purpose of the ITB is to solicit bids to establish a contract for preventative maintenance and repairs for fitness equipment. A. General Requirements: The City of Hampton is seeking bids for preventive maintenance and repairs for fitness equipment. B. Specific Requirements: Contractor shall perform services to the highest standards in the fitness equipment preventive Maintenance and repair industry. This Contract shall continue in force for the term of one (1) year. This Contract may be extended upon the mutual agreement of both parties for up to four (4) optional, one (1) year periods upon the same prices, terms, and conditions as set forth in this Contract and the ITB. Each additional year referred to as a "Renewal Period". Said Renewal Period shall occur automatically unless written notice is given by the City or the Contractor no later than thirty (30) days before the expiration of the current period.
