Reference Number 0000429919 Town of Middletown is making utility repairs and road paving as identified herein. Included in the project are: Mitchell's Lane (from Wyatt Road to East Main Road - RT. 138), Jepson Lane (from Oliphant Lane to Town of Middletown/Town of Portsmouth limit), and Beacon Terrace (from Beacon Street to Rosedale Avenue). A 5% bid bond will be required to be submitted with all bids; certified bank checks will be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount equal to the contract award if bid is greater than $25,000. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered unless specified. Bids received after the scheduled submittal deadline will be returned unopened. Bids must bear original signatures and figures. Question Deadline 07/21/2026 at 4:00 PM ET The Town reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
