There will be no pre-bid conference held unless extensive questions arise regarding the solicitation. If one is held, it will not be mandatory The project cost estimate is $290,000.00 - $305,000.00. The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Any questions regarding the bid must be in writing via email. Commence work under this contract within five (5) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, or as soon as weather allows in spring of 2022. Anticipated construction start date is no later than (NLT) June 30, 2022. Complete the entire work, ready for use, not later than August 30, 2022. The amount of the bid guarantee / bid bond shall be 5% (five percent) of the bid price or $3,000,000 (three million dollars) whichever is less. Contractor must furnish to ANTHC Performance and Payment Bonds. The ANTHC may reject any or all bids, and waive informalities or minor irregularities in bids received. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The successful Contractor shall provide materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, labor, freight, transportation, mobilization, and demobilization, and supervision necessary to install various services associated with wells and septic services at five (5) sites. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Scope of Work, Technical Specifications, Plans, and the Bid Schedule. Pricing is to include all direct and indirect costs, such as administrative, overhead, and profit costs associated with completing the project
