Reference number : 1654554 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Repair work on the firefighters' elevator at La Malbaie Hospital Notice of Public Tender The CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE-NATIONALE is issuing a public call for tenders to obtain the services of a contractor to carry out repair work on the firefighter's elevator (Improving the life of the elevator, facilitating barrier-free accessibility, by having the controls at the right height and a voice annunciator of the floors, improving the safety of the elevator) of La Malbaie Hospital. Contract period and award The repair work on the firefighter's elevator will be carried out at: Hopital de La Malbaie, 303 rue Saint-Etienne, La Malbaie (QC), G5A 1T1. The expected start date of the contract is: approximately 4 weeks after the opening of tenders, for an expected duration of 48 weeks. Bid guarantee Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee according to the following conditions: In an amount equivalent to a percentage of the tender price and in the form determined below: A bid bond issued by a surety and established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the bid, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of the bids; Where A certified check or bank draft made out to CIUSSSCN in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price; Where An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a surety and in accordance with the provisions of the Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee form of the CIUSSSCN in the amount of five percent (5%) of the price of the bid.
