This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the City of Miami Beach, Florida (the "City"), as the means for prospective Proposers to submit proposals for the City's consideration in evaluating qualifications to select a firm with whom it may negotiate an agreement for the purpose noted herein. For approximately five years, the City of Miami Beach (the City) has had an agreement for noise, acoustic, and sound consulting services. The current agreement expires on September 26, 2022. In order to consider a replacement agreement, this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to select firms who are qualified to provide services, on a continuing as-needed basis, in each of the categories of professional specialization detailed in the Statement of Work. When professional services are required, a proposed project will be analyzed in terms of the predominant professional specialty required. As solely determined by the City Manager or the Planning Director, the best-qualified firm will be selected from the appropriate specialization list.
