Site work and renovation of a civil project in Virginia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Major components of the Work include: Replacement of four existing FRP filter troughs with new field-welded stainless steel troughs. Replacement of existing chemical feed pumps, piping, and chemical day tank. Replacement of miscellaneous HVAC components. Startup and controls. Questions should be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer, Eric Miller, at emiller@sehinc.com no less than 10 days prior to the Bid Opening. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
