Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work includes but is not limited to, installing new playground systems, replacing non-compliant playgrounds, installing or removing and replacing safety surfaces, earthwork, site demolition, concrete, asphalt paving, provide replacement parts for playground systems, and repairs to safety surface concrete and asphalt. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of C25 or A21. The Owner's representative is: Renato Nuguid, Project Manager, and may be reached at 702-799-8710, Ext. 5202. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders.
