BID TYPE ITB CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/18/2022 11:59 PM Annual contract to furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, fees and supervision necessary for clearing of sewer easements when needed and requested by the Department of Public Utilities, County of Henrico, at various locations within Henrico County all in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. Work consists of easements clearing throughout the County when needed and requested by the County's Department of Public Utilities located at various locations within Henrico County all in accordance with the Contract Documents.Bids must be accompanied by either a cashier's check or certified check or bidder's bond, (AIA 310), in the amount of 5 percent of the Total Unit Price Bid Amount and made payable to the County of Henrico, Virginia. This contract covers the easement clearing for the Department of Public Utilities in Henrico County for the period June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023 and unit prices shown in the bid form will be used for all planned projects. The County reserves the right to bid individual jobs or seek quotes as deemed necessary. The County may exercise the right to award related work to contractors other than the awarded Contractor.
