Question Submission Close Date 9/8/2022 3:00 PM MDT The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for the construction of the following project: GENERAL CLASSROOM BUILDING UTAH TECH UNIVERSITY ST. GEORGE, UTAH DFCM PROJECT #23300640 This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes: a 118,339 sqft General Classroom building that will include lecture halls, classrooms, and labs. The building will also include faculty and academic support offices, conference rooms and study spaces to meet core instructional needs. The Fixed Contract Price Limit, as defined in the CM/GC Agreement, is: $45,750,000.00. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the State.
