GENERAL SCOPE / SPECIFICATIONS Remove, replace, and dispose of cracked and damaged granite pavers (Exhibit F). Remove, relevel, and reset any granite pavers that have shifted (Exhibit F). Add expansion joints (Exhibit A-E for locations marked in red). Reset loose cobblestones on waterfalls. Re-caulk all pavers as needed. Re-grout all pavers as needed. Re-sand all pavers as needed. Re-seal all pavers as needed. Specifications for Project Granite Source is Coldspring. Granite to have a thermal finish. Granite paving thickness is 1-9/16". All granite paving, new pieces as well as reset pieces to have full mortar contact and back butter. Dow Corning 790 Caulking (not submerged) for capstones and veneer granite. Color is charcoal black and standard grey. Laticrete Spectralock Epoxy Grout required at all waterfalls. Laticrete grout for granite paving joints. Color is charcoal black and standard grey. Granquartz 355 E Stone Sealer. Sakrete Polymeric Sand for brick joints. All hardware, fasteners, dowels 304 stainless steel.
