Renovation of an educational facility in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 715-square-foot educational facility.

Replacement of approx 715 squares to include deck repairs, carpentry, insulation,w/ taper , modified two-ply bitumen roof. Refer to Project Manual for full specifications. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: May 4, 2022 @ 5:00 PM Base Bid work includes total removal of existing roof systems down to the deck for Roof Areas A, C, C1, C2, D, E, E1, F, G, H, I, J, J1, K, L, W, W1 and X for approximately 715 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. Base Bid work also includes maintenance and repairs to Roof Areas CC, DD, EE, FF, GG, HH, II, Q and R. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Alternate Number 1 work includes complete removal and replacement of Roof Areas CC, DD, EE, FF, GG, HH and II for approximately 501 squares in lieu of repairs to the same areas in the Base Bid. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Alternate Number 2 work includes complete removal and replacement of Roof Areas Q and R for approximately 319 squares in lieu of repairs to the same areas in the Base Bid. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Alternate Number 3 work includes metal roof repairs to Roof Areas S, T, KK and LL. Project shall adhere to requirements for ESSER III Funding thru the Federal Government as indicated within the Contract Documents.
