The Town of Flower Mound is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Engineering Services for Various Projects. Provide a full-service engineer regiment for design and/or contract documents suitable for bidding purposes for roadways, water, wastewater, storm sewer, traffic and transportation engineering, all-purpose trails, parks, and landscaping. Provide a fullservice engineer regiment for master plans, other engineering related studies, and project cost estimating Please include a copy of the completed Town of Flower Mound Proposal Certification Form and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire with your bid submittal. Additional instructions for preparing a response are provided within the attachment. The selected firms will be retained for a period of two years. Questions Deadline: May 3, 2022 at 12:00 pm (CT) After that day and time, no bidder questions will be accepted or answered by the Engineer or Town. All questions must be submitted in writing to Sabrina Zadow via email address purchasing@flower-mound.com There will not be a public bid opening. The Town expressly reserves all rights under law, including, but not limited to Uniform Commercial Code, to inspect the deliverables at delivery before accepting them, and to reject defective or non-conforming deliverables. If the Town has the right to inspect the Seller's or the Seller's subcontractors, facilities, or the deliverables at the Seller's, or the Subcontractor's premises, the Seller shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, without additional charge, all reasonable facilities and assistance to the Town to facilitate such inspection.
