Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Bécancour is requesting tenders for the supply and installation of game modules at 4000, boulevard de Port-Royal, Bécancour (Québec) G9H 1Y9, in the Saint-Grégoire sector. The work includes the purchase and installation of a game module for 18 months-12 years. The estimate and the tender forms can be obtained from the electronic tendering system by consulting the website www.seao.ca and entering the number 04-03.04.01-027. Only persons, firms and companies having obtained the tender document directly from the electronic tendering system are admitted to bid. Tenders will be evaluated according to the optional evaluation and weighting system provided for in the Cities and Towns Act . To be valid, each tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the total amount of the tender, in the form of a certified cheque, bank draft or suretyship, made out to Ville de Bécancour. The City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain an error or omission. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
