The City of Asheville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/firms to provide cleaning services to several to our employee health services clinic. The work includes performing cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas once daily. The clinic's hours are 7am to 5pm and cleaning must be performed after the facility closes at 5pm. Focus on infection control, using the appropriate healthcare grade cleaning products and cleaning procedures. Selected vendor/firm will provide a sufficient number of staff members to meet the cleaning needs of the facility. The selected firm is expected to obtain and coordinate the work of all subcontractors needed to complete the project and provide proper equipment and pre-approved cleaning products to complete services. Contractor will supply all supplies including but not limited to paper supply, soaps, liners, and any tools required during the cleaning process.
