Renovation of a municipal facility in Tiffin, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
No valid bids were received. Project will be re-advertised on May 16th. OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: BASE BID: $230,000 ALTERNATE BIDS: $35,000 The scope of work consists of the interior renovation of first floor of City Hall Annex, construction of connector to City Hall and rework of exterior accessible ramp between the buildings. Work includes architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the Architect. Both paper and electronic versions of the bidding documents will be available. Electronic bidding documents will be provided to the plan holder at no charge. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the Architect's Office and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked 2022 Finance Department Renovations.
