This qualification as an asset maintenance architecture service provider will be valid for a maximum period of two years, it will be subject to annual opening so as to allow the qualification of other service providers during the validity of the list. Each of the firms qualified during the annual openings will be qualified until the end of the validity of the list. Renewal options: None The primary goal of this call for tenders for the qualification of service providers is to create a directory of architectural firms to assist the CSSDM in its mission to maintain, rehabilitate and restore its buildings located on the island of Montreal. The architectural firms selected will provide the professional services necessary for the repair, rehabilitation and construction of the facilities. This directory of architectural firms complements the directories of civil engineering and electromechanical consultants and other professionals and external consultants with whom the CSSDM does business. If necessary, the CSSDM may also call upon the architectural firms selected in the context of this call for tenders for mandates related or complementary to other disciplines. For ease of reading, the singular will be used: "the firm of architects". It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic. Visitor parking is available for people wishing to submit a paper bid.
