Renovation of a municipal facility in Paramount, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City Hall LED Retrofit Lighting . The Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of all existing interior lights with either 2x4 or 2x2 LED Flat panel fixtures, or LED can lights. Total number and sizing of lights to be verified by contractor on site, via job walk. 2. Modification of ceiling tiles will be needed in certain areas, to be verified by contractor on site via job walk 3. All bidders must complete a job walk with Public Works staff prior to bid. Job walk to be held Wednesday, March 30th at 10am. Contact Mario Flores at (562) 220- 2020 for more details. 4. The Contractor shall ensure that work does not interfere with the public. Work in certain areas must be completed 5. The Contractor shall be responsible for hauling away all material debris and leaving the site in a broom clean condition on a daily basis.
