The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for truncated done tiles with the intent of establishing a five-year contract for the purchase of goods and/or services described in the solicitation. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for truncated dome tiles for a five-year period commencing on or about June 16, 2022, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the "Effective Date" which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk Department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later. VENDOR SELF-REGISTRATION: Vendors must be registered in the Citys eProcurement Self-Registration System at electronically in order to receive solicitation notices, respond to solicitations and access procurement information. The City may, at its sole discretion, reject any offer from an Offeror who has not registered in the Citys eProcurement system. Important Notes: Offerors should not take exception to the solicitation requirements by marking up the solicitation or submittal/response in any way.
