The PA State Police Troop K, Philadelphia Station needs to purchase new fitness equipment to enable members to maintain peak operational readiness and offset service-connected to health issues. The new commercial grad fitness equipment will supplement existing pieces or replace old pieces that are in disrepair and or unsafe. Detail Requirements with No Substitutions o All equipment shall be rated commercial grade as opposed to residential grade o All equipment shall be new as opposed to used, remanufactured, reconditioned, pre-owned, etc., and shall be accompanied by full manufacturer's warranty o Seated selectorized pieces shall be equipped with nylon bushings ("silent steel weight stacks") to prevent steel plate contact and reduce noise o Vendor shall conduct a mandatory on-site visit to assess available space and evaluate existing equipment for trade-in credit o Vendor shall guarantee equipment will fit available space while considering existing equipment o Proposals shall include a floor plan and 3D renderings to indicate placement of new and existing equipment o Proposals shall include delivery, assembly/installation, and removal of packaging materials o Removal of trading-in equipment o Rearrangement/Relocation of existing equipment o Vendor shall have Pennsylvania based representation located within 25-miles of the PSP Troop K, Philadelphia station o Vendor shall have manufacturer's authorization letter attached to their solicitation. Duration: 3-months The room with the free weight equipment (19'7" X 20'1"), and the other room will contain cardio equipment (19' 6" X 19' 7"). Each piece was selected for purpose and size, so that everything fits accordingly per the size of each room and the existing equipment
