Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Repair of the Globe's roof; tear off old roof topping and replace with TPO. This will be the main bid package for the 8th Floor Roof Replacement Project offered by Wright Building Systems, the selected General Contractor. The project consists of all construction work as shown on the attached drawings and text document, with General Notes, General Conditions, and keyed notes applying to all drawings. This project will be monitored for compliance under Ordinance #69427, Ordinance #70767, and Ordinance #71094. Contact jessicaw@wrightbuildingsystems.com to set up a walkthrough. Please review the attached and below and forward any questions to brandonw@wrightbuildingsystems.com. Brandon Wright, with assistance from the Globe Building staff, will lead the walkthroughs. Prevailing Wage and Global Project Tracking System (GPTS) use is required, and all subcontractors will enter their certified payroll into GPTS. If subcontractors working on this project need GPTS training they can send an e-mail to Stacey Fowler at folwers@stlouis-mo.gov to sign up.
