Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,400-square-foot educational facility.

The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as 'U of W') is issuing this RFP with the intent of entering into a contract for building renovation. The contract will come into effect on or about ASAP once project is awarded. The successful bidder will be expected to provide material and labor in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful bidder. This project is the re-development of Pangea Kitchen for Diversity Foods located on the Main Floor of Riddell Hall at 515 Portage Avenue. Work on this contract comprises of 1400 sq.ft. interior space, under single stipulated contract. University Of Winnipeg Contract Administrators and Consultants will be available at the Site on those dates during those hours to provide Bidders with access to the Site. Bidders are not entitled to rely on information received from the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) or other third parties at the Site viewing unless the Contract Administrator (Project Manager) has provided the information in writing. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
