The contract period is from award date of 9.1.2022 and will continue for one year. The district has the option to ride this bid annually for up to four (4) additional years, per agreement with vendor.This is not an exclusive contract. The district reserves the right to solicit a separate bid for larger and specific unanticipated projects and/or to rebid the entire project at any time. 3. Bid price per square foot for base repair to asphalt, asphalt overlay, asphalt repair, 6" concrete repair, and 8" concrete repair. 4. No Guaranteed Annual Volume - This term is used because the district cannot reasonably project its need for this type of service. 5. If your company has a different definition for the type of repairs requested, this must be filled out on the Deviation Form. 6. All work ordered to be completed by a company must have a Purchase Order Number issued and signed by the Director of Purchasing. 7. Purchase Order changes must be approved by the Purchasing Office. 8. District will authorize purchase order payment only when all items listed on the Purchase Order have been completed. 9. Vendor agrees that late charges and interest will not be assessed until thirty days after ALL items on the purchase order are received. DPISD reserves the right to require additional insurance coverage to be carried by the Supplier as deemed desirable by DPISD, depending on the type of project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
