**As of May 25, 2022, project was awarded to Image Design & Production Services, awarded amount is $93,878.91.** PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) and any resulting contract award is to solicit offers for a qualified vendor to provide a rigging system upgrade in the Gerald Freedman Theater within the Alex Ewing Performance Place at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts as identified in Section 5 of this IFB. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. 1.1 CONTRACT TERM All costs associated with this Contract shall be fixed for full period of the Contract. The successful bidder may not use subcontractors during the life of the contract.
