The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities therein. No proposals will be faxed to potential bidders. Any questions relative to the proposal are due no later than Tuesday, April 19, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. and addressed via email to Seandee Jackson, Director, Purchasing Services, at purchasing.info@desertsands.us. Contract will remain in effect for a thirteen (13) month period from the 1st day of June, 2022 through the 30th day of June, 2023. The contract may be extended, at the option of the District in one (1) year increments, not to exceed four (4) additional years THE DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities therein. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to contract work with whomever and in whatever manner the District decides, to abandon the work entirely and to waive any in- formality or non-substantive irregularity in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any portion or combination thereof, or award on the basis of the total proposal.
