Site work and paving for a civil project in Houma, Louisiana. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of all plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary to install drainage improvements and roadway reconstruction, including but not limited to, installation of reinforced concrete box, drain lines, utility conflict boxes, and various associated work all in accordance with plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. Each bid shall be either hand delivered by the bidder or his agent, or such bid shall be sent by United States Postal Service registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested, or shall be submitted electronically with Central Auction House (CAH). Bids shall not be accepted or taken, including receiving any hand delivered bids, on days which are recognized as holidays by the United States Postal Service. Bidding documents for this Project are on file in the office of All South Consulting Engineers, LLC, 302 School Street, Houma Louisiana 70360. In accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law, prime bidders shall be charged a deposit of $100.00 and upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days from the bid opening shall be refunded the deposit.
