The City of Gastonia, NC (City) is now accepting proposals from interested and qualified firms, vendors, and/or contractors for the design and installation of Audio Visual Systems for the Municipal Operations Center (MOC) Renovation Project located on N. Broad Street in Gastonia, NC. Deadline to Submit Questions 5:00 PM, April 22, 2022 If you should have any questions, please contact me at brianp@cityofgastonia.com. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason without any liability to any respondent or to waive irregularities at their own discretion. Proposals should include all audio/visual equipment-including displays, switches, device boxes, required control hardware, cables, and any additional components necessary to the functionality of the vendor's proposal. Wireless mics are to be included as part of the AV solution. Vendor is required to install all proposed equipment, except motorized HD screens noted in Technical Requirements section
