In preparation for the 2022 construction season, the City of Thunder Bay (COTB), Owner, is seeking bids from Architectural / Engineering Consulting firms to act on its behalf as the Prime Consultant for consulting services relating to design, preparation of Contract Documents, tendering, inspection and contraction administration for roof inspections, roof replacement and/or roof refurbishment at various locations. At a minimum the successful Prime Consultant must have a demonstrated minimum 10 years' experience with varied roof replacements and roof inspections. The investigatory and preliminary work is required to be completed by early fall to align with the Owner's Capital Budget cycles. The tender and completion of the work is anticipated to be completed in late fall 2022. Question Deadline: Tue Apr 26, 2022 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Contract awarded.
