Garfield County Transportation is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Consulting Engineering firms to provide structural engineering services for the design of a 30' by 150' parking garage that included a 40' x30' heated wash bay/detail shop, 8 unheated parking bays and a 38'x30' heated workshop. Garfield County will provide drafting services, including the preparation of detailed plans and specification based off the consultant's structural design.
