Section 143 of State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Documents will be provided on a CD Disk. Accordingly, a deposit check in the amount of $20.00, made payable to "SUNY New Paltz IFR Account # 900867" is required. Deposits of $50.00 or less are non-refundable. The State University of New York at New Paltz invites vendors/contractors to submit sealed bids for consideration for a one-year period for term contracts for time and material type work and services for Term Contract for Electrical. The intent of this bid is that a contract will be signed with selected contractor for the specified period to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a value under $49,999. Bids will be accepted electronically and must be signed utilizing a PDF. In addition, bidders must certify that you will mail two hard copies. If this is not done, your bid will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders.
