Section 143 of State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Documents will be provided on a CD Disk. The State University of New York at New Paltz invites vendors/contractors to submit sealed bids for consideration for a one-year period for term contracts for time and material type work and services for Term Contract for Electrical. The intent of this bid is that a contract will be signed with selected contractor for the specified period to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a value under $49,999.
