** Project has been cancelled and will not rebid*** The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority ("NFTA") will receive bids on a general contract for the METRO - Niagara Street Corridor Toilet Rooms, Project Number 10MG1212. The Work of this project provides for the construction of a standalone building consisting of two single-use accessible toilet rooms and a storage room. The Work location is 2259 Niagara Street Buffalo, NY 14207 Work consists of construction of a new stand-alone employee restroom consisting of 2 single use handicap toilet rooms and one storage closet. Work includes: Installation of a new Employee Restroom building consisting of concrete foundations, slab on grade, cold formed metal steel framing, insulation, tile exterior facade finish, epdm roofing, and interior finishes. o Installation of new utility services including water, sanitary sewer, electric, and to serve new Employee Bathroom. o Removal, relocation and installation of an existing community art feature. o Concrete sidewalk removal and reinstallation. o New area storm drains and associated underground piping to connect to existing storm water drainage.
