SUBMISSION GUARANTEE: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing ten percent ( 10 %) of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond issued by a financial institution which is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurers Act ( R. LRQ , c. A-32 -1 ) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under of the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies ( R. RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives ( R. LRQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46 ), otherwise the submission will be automatically rejected. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This public call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Liberalization of Public Procurement Agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario ( ACCQO ) . OTHER REQUIREMENT: Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the award of the contract .
