Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and transportation facility.
The Design Builder shall supply a Video Surveillance System and a Physical Access Control System. The work required under this section is applicable to the Livingston Avenue Bridge and Control/Operator House. It shall be the responsibility of the Design-Builder to furnish and install all necessary cabling, conduits/raceways, cable terminations, controls, systems, equipment, materials, devices, components, electrical power, equipment racks/cabinets and software as well as all appurtenances, programming, commissioning and testing necessary to deliver complete and fully operational systems. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for the review and approval of all shop drawings needed for the scope of work. The review and approval process shall be in conformance with the Design Builders Quality Control Plan Construction Horizontal: Highways & Roadways; Maintenance, Repair & New Construction - Construction
