Site work and paving for a civil project in Vinemont, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of Roadway widening, drainage improvements, paving and landscaping on High School Road. The Owner requires the Project to be substantially complete in 90 calendar days from the date that the Contract Times commence to run as indicated on the Notice to Proceed. Representatives of Owner, Architect and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. In order to Bid on the Project, the Bidder shall possess a valid General Contractor's license for work in the State of Alabama. The Contractor's license number shall be clearly indicated on the outside of sealed Bid envelopes. Bidder and its Subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing requirements of the Code of Alabama, federal and local Laws or Regulations. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid must accompany the bidder's proposal.
