Site work for a water / sewer project in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of an area drain inlet outside the street section on Sturgis Road. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other quote documents will be made to any contractor orally. Every request for such interpretation shall be via email, addressed to Brandon Quiett, at brandon.quiett@rcgov.org, and must be received at least two (2) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of quotes in order for the City Project Manager to give it appropriate consideration All work shall be complete by November 1, 2022. Contractor shall have 21 consecutive calendar days to complete the work once the work is initiated. Contractor may have traffic control in Sturgis Road for a maximum of 10 consecutive calendar days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive all informalities, and to accept the quote that is to the advantage of and is in the best interest of the City of Rapid City. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. Award of the contract will be to the quote determined to be in the best interests of the City. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional quotes The Owner reserves the right to cancel the award of any contract at any time before the complete execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the Owner.
